Project Overview
We were approached by our client, whose Richmond property was undergoing an extensive refurbishment, including the addition of a new basement. During this two-year renovation, the garden and surrounding areas became neglected and were used as storage for construction materials, leaving the landscape and driveway in a severely dilapidated condition.
Our role was to perform a complete uplift and rejuvenation of the outdoor spaces, removing all old or damaged elements and replacing them with high-quality, modern features. The client’s vision was to restore and enhance the outdoor environment, creating a functional and luxurious space that complemented the newly refurbished property.
This ambitious project included installing a porcelain patio, composite decking, and a sunken seating area with a firepit, as well as integrating premium amenities such as an outdoor kitchen, automated pergola, hot tub, and sauna. Additionally, the driveway required a full overhaul with a new resin surface, while the garden needed fresh planting and a new lawn to bring life and vibrancy back to the space.
The brief emphasised quality, precision, and attention to detail, ensuring the reinstated landscape was not only functional but also visually striking. The project also needed to be completed within a tight timeline of 8 weeks, requiring meticulous planning and efficient execution.
